INGREDIENTS: Edible Bird’s Nest

Specifications: 1 box = 50g.

Direction for Use: Soak edible birds’ nests in pure warm water for 15-20 minutes allowing them separate into strips of fibers. Then, tweezers are used to remove all impurities from the fibers. Edibles birds’ nest should be wasted and drained before being processed. pour 250-350 ml of water and a cleansed nest into a porcelain bowl. Add some rock sugar or dietary sugar into the bowl. Steam the mixture for about 30-45 minutes until the fibers of edible Birds’ nest rise steadily, have a characteristic smell and it is ready to be eaten.

Preserve: at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
