How can I place an order on K&D Trading's website?

To place an order, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart, if you:

  • Choose pick-up method: You can transfer in advance and drop by our showroom to pick up only!

  • Choose delivery method: Drop us a message in the chat box (in the right corner of website) so we can offer you the best pick and fulfill your order!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, VISA, VISA Debit, and American Express from Canadian and U.S. banks.

How can I track my order?

Your order history will be updated on the website of K&D Trading International Inc. You can login to your account to check the details.

If you haven't created an account, you can see the tracking number that our shipping item KDExpress sends you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Can I exchange or return products if I am not satisfied?

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. For detailed information about our exchange and return policy, please visit the Return Policy on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

After placing an order, you can change your mind and cancel 60 minutes in advance. After an hour, we may have sent your order through the carrier, so it is not possible to cancel the order.

To cancel an order, log in to your account, view your order history, find your order, and CANCEL ORDER. If you do not log in but order directly from the website, then you select the order number in the confirmation email and cancel in the order confirmation screen.
