• Cooking instructions:
• Hot pot: Boil the hot pot broth. Add the noodles, meat, seafood, vegetables (optional) into the boiling hot pot broth and simmer for about 1-2 minutes before serving.
• Stir-frying: Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain well. Stir-fry the noodles with beef, seafood, vegetables (optional).

• Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
