Return & Exchanges

  • RETURN POLICY

    • Customers have 30 days after making an online transaction to return the item with the original invoice and our Shipping Confirmation email.
    • Customers who buy directly at the showroom can return or exchange within 30 days with the invoice, the product is guaranteed not to be damaged such as dented, water leak, peeled off the label, and has not been opened.
    • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges during major holidays of the year.
  • RETURN BY MAIL POLICY

    Customers can choose to return goods by mail when buying from the showroom. 

    1. Customers please note the quantity, name of the item or shipment to be returned on the label.
    2. The customer needs to pack and seal the product in the package securely to prevent damage to the product.
    3. You can ship through the nearest post office in your local area and keep a shipping receipt to track your shipping.
    4. After K&D Trading International Inc receives the return order, we will check if the product's conditions are valid according to the exchange and return policies and notify the customer of the Return Confirmation via email.
    5. We do not bear shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

    1. Customers who make purchases directly at the showroom can either return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days, accompanied by the receipt. The product(s) must be in good condition, without any damage such as dents, water leaks, peeling labels, and must not have been opened.
    2. Items that are on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return.
    3. We do not accept exchanges or returns during major holidays throughout the year.
    4. Customers should indicate the quantity, name of the item(s), or batch of items being returned on the label.
    5. Customers need to package and seal the product(s) safely to prevent any damage during transportation.
    6. You can send the items through the nearest post office or shipping center in your local area and keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
    7. Once K&D Trading International Inc receives the returned order, we will inspect the condition of the product(s) to ensure they meet the valid conditions according to our exchange and return policies, and we will notify the customer of the Return Confirmation via email.
    8. We do not cover the shipping fees for returned or exchanged orders.


    Following the below return code, customers should note the reason for the return or exchange order to let us know and help you better. 

    • A - Changed mind
    • B - Did not meet expectations
    • C - Not suitable
    • D - Damaged or defective
    • E - Expired
    • F - Shaed/Colour incorrect
    • G - Item not as pictured
    • H - Item not as described
    • I - Incorrect item received
    • J - Gift return
